Curtis Cortez was charged with molesting two female residents. He is being held on $100,000 bail and was arrested on felony counts of lewd and lascivious acts. Barbara Fasold fell at the Ridgecrest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and was left for 12 hours after fracturing both legs and her shoulder.
