OC Caretaker Arrested for Meth Lab Inside Elderly Woman's Home

Thomas Hogue, 52, was arrested on suspicion of felony manufacturing methamphetamine and elder abuse. According to the OC Register, Hogue was a caretaker of 87 year old elderly women and had set up a methamphetamine lab inside of her mobile home.

Officials were sent to the Anaheim home at 11 p.m. Monday to conduct a welfare check on the elderly woman after her granddaughter was unable to reach her or her caretaker. Anaheim police state that there was not an active heat source inside the home and that there was no threat to the neighbors.
