Sunnyvale Nursing Home Workers Arrested for Elder Abuse
Three Sunnyvale nursing home workers have been arrested on suspicion of elder abuse.
According to Mercury News, Arnold Samson, 27, faces charges of elder abuse as well as battery against a resident of a skilled nursing home. The certified nursing assistant allegedly yanked on an elderly man's genitalia and has since been fired from Idylwood Care Center. Two other workers, 22 year old Ryan Tan and 50 year old Ricardo Martinez, were also arrested for having knowledge of the elder abuse and not reporting it.
