61 Woman Arrested for Elder Abuse in Bakersfield
According to Turn To 23.com, Juette has been accused of stealing drugs from inmates and swapping the drugs with another woman's medicine. Juette was a live-in caretaker of a 76-year-old woman and would bring home the medicine from the prison and switch it with the ones the elderly woman normally took.
Once officers searched the home of Juette, who was a nurse with the California Department of Corrections and worked at the Wasco State Prison, they found multiple plastic containers containing the name of Wasco State Prison inmate's names as well as their CDC numbers. Juette was arrested on Monday and booked at the Central Receiving Facility with a bail of $10,000.
