PHIL REINHEIMER
Phil Reinheimer has been a professional social servant since 1976, working for five counties in the areas of adult protective services, public guardian investigation and administration, adult social services program management, and as a director of adult and family services (Nevada County) and of health and human services (Colusa County) as an agency director.
He is past president of the State Association of Public Administrators, Public Guardians, and Public Conservators and has served a chair of the adult social services and small county committees for the County Welfare Directors Association (CWDA).
He has participated in the writing and sponsorship of legislative bills regarding these programs, and has been a trainer in adult services and public guardian operations, for several years in northern California, having organized extensive training for county staff at conferences in Siskiyou, Shasta, Butte, and Plumas county venues. Phil has been a major advocate for reform and expansion of protective services for seniors and public guardian programs throughout California.
