According to WLBZ, the elderly woman was taken from her California home a year and a half ago by three individuals who befriended her and eventually gained control of her assets. Barbara Davis, Nicholas Davis and Jonathan Stevens have all been arrested and charged with elder abuse and endangering the welfare of a dependent person which is a Class C felony. The three befriended the elderly woman, became her caregivers and convinced the woman to trust them.
